General Terms \u2013 Oliver\u2019s Riff Mamangal Beach Resort<\/strong>
\nVirac, Catanduanes \u2013 Effective from July 1, 2025<\/p>\n

We\u2019re delighted that you\u2019re planning your stay with us. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, the following binding rules apply to all guests and visitors.<\/p>\n

1. Respectful Behavior & Consideration<\/strong>
\nRespectful interaction with other guests, our staff, and the environment is very important to us. Please maintain peace, show consideration, and behave appropriately \u2013 especially during quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Larger gatherings, music, or karaoke are only allowed with prior approval. Use of the V5\/sound system requires explicit consent from management.<\/p>\n

2. Use of Facilities<\/strong>
\nBeach chairs, BBQ areas, pavilions, hammocks, and volleyball, football, and badminton areas as well as skimboards are available free of charge. Other options like kayaks or pedal boats can be rented for a fee. Pricing is listed under \u201cActividades<\/a>\u201d in the “Cottages & Activities” section. The 155 m long private white sand beach is accessible to all day visitors. Please ensure children are supervised at all times.<\/p>\n

3. Wi-Fi & Technology<\/strong>
\nWi-Fi is available free of charge in the accommodations. For external guests, the following rates apply:
\n\u2022 PHP 5 \/ 30 minutes
\n\u2022 PHP 10 \/ 2 hours
\n\u2022 PHP 20 \/ 6 hours<\/p>\n

4. Cleanliness & Environmental Awareness<\/strong>
\nPlease treat all facilities with care and leave them clean. Outdoor and indoor kitchens must be thoroughly cleaned after use. Waste must be separated. We are happy to provide tips for eco-friendly use of the grounds upon request.<\/p>\n

5. Pets<\/strong>
\nWell-behaved pets are welcome upon prior arrangement. Please ensure that other guests are not disturbed. We provide waste bags for small accidents if needed.<\/p>\n

6. Visitor Policy<\/strong>
\nDay visits are allowed. For 4\u20135 additional daytime guests, a fee of PHP 100 per person applies (stay until max. 10:00 PM). Overnight stays are only allowed with prior registration. For groups of 8 or more, a surcharge per extra person including an extra bed will be charged.<\/p>\n

7. Use of Cottages<\/strong>
\nCottages may be used free of charge from 5:00 PM onward \u2013 subject to availability. Use is permitted only to paying guests with entrance access. Prices are listed in the \u201cActividades<\/a>\u201d section.<\/p>\n

8. Events & Group Bookings<\/strong>
\nEvents such as weddings, birthdays, reunions, or team buildings can be arranged in advance:
\n\u2022 Use of covered terrace (45\u202fm\u00b2) + extension (125\u202fm\u00b2): up to 50 people
\n\u2022 Rental of 10 cottages: up to 120 people
\n\u2022 Full resort rental: up to 250 people
\nAdditional fees for large sound systems or lighting: PHP 1,500
\nPlease respect the maximum number of participants and the need for prior approval.<\/p>\n

9. Massage & Wellness<\/strong>
\nMassages and foot massages are available by appointment. Please contact our staff in advance.<\/p>\n

10. Check-in & Check-out<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Check-in: from 2:00 PM
\n\u2022 Check-out: by 12:00 PM
\nEarly check-in or late check-out is available subject to availability for PHP 1,500.<\/p>\n

11. Reservation & Cancellation<\/strong>
\nA reservation fee is required to secure your booking:
\n\u2022 House: (See accommodation prices<\/a>)
\n\u2022 Cottage: (See cottage & activity prices<\/a>)
\n\u2022 Full resort: PHP 15,000
\nThis fee will be deducted from the final bill upon departure if no damages are reported.
\nRefund policy for cancellations:
\n\u2022 House\/Cottage: 100% refund up to 3 days before arrival
\n\u2022 Full resort: 100% refund up to 4 weeks before arrival
\n\u2022 No refund for early departure<\/p>\n

12. Payment Methods<\/strong>

13. Walk-in Guests<\/strong>
\nAccommodation is subject to availability. Payment in cash upon arrival. The receipt serves as booking and access confirmation.<\/p>\n

14. Food & Drinks<\/strong>
\nGuests may bring and consume their own food and drinks without any corkage fee.<\/p>\n

15. Access & Opening Hours<\/strong>
\nThe gate is open daily from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Outside these hours, please inform us in advance.<\/p>\n

16. Parking<\/strong>
\nParking is available free of charge for all guests.<\/p>\n

17. Children & Supervision<\/strong>
\nChildren are very welcome. Continuous supervision by parents or guardians is required, especially when using BBQ areas, near water, or during sports activities. Children under 12 must be supervised at all times.<\/p>\n

18. Damages & Liability<\/strong>
\nPlease report any damages or losses immediately \u2013 we\u2019ll work with you to find a solution. We are not liable for valuables. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to resort property or facilities.<\/p>\n

19. Unforeseen Events<\/strong>
\nWe are not liable for natural events, power outages, or force majeure. We strive to find fair and prompt solutions. Payments already made may be credited when appropriate.<\/p>\n

20. Data Protection & Legal Notices<\/strong>
\nAll personal data will be used solely for booking purposes. The law of the Republic of the Philippines applies. Place of jurisdiction is Virac, Catanduanes. If any provision is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining terms remains unaffected.<\/p>\n
