This fully furnished beachfront house spans two floors with a total of 100 m² of living space, making it ideal for families or small travel groups. The upper floor features an air-conditioned master bedroom, while the second bedroom is equipped with a fan – both offering ample space for restful nights. A spacious living and dining area forms the heart of the house and invites you to relax and unwind.
The fully equipped kitchen allows for flexible self-catering. For added convenience, there are two bathrooms with toilets – one on the ground floor and one upstairs, the latter featuring a hot and cold water shower. Two balconies and a terrace offer unobstructed views of the sea, the beach, the sunset, and the majestic Mt. Mayon. A 32-inch TV is available for your entertainment.
Dining options
Oliver’s Riff does not have its own on-site restaurant. However, you can place an order through Delivirac from a restaurant of your choice; delivery usually takes place within an hour. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own food – OR does not charge a corkage fee.
All accommodations (except the 1-Bedroom Apartment and the Beachfront Lodge) feature a fully equipped indoor kitchen (including a fridge/freezer, stove, rice cooker, electric kettle, toaster, and cookware). Use of the outdoor kitchen and the BBQ area (please bring your own charcoal) is free of charge.
